Are You Eligible for a Return?

Because of health and safety rules, we cannot accept returns on medications once they have been shipped.

When Can You Get a Refund?

  • Incorrect Item Sent: If you received the wrong item, we’ll either arrange for the correct product to be sent or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Once your refund request is approved, we’ll process it within 7-10 business days. Your original payment method will be sent the refund back to.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel an order before it has shipped. Should cancellation be required, kindly get in touch right away. Once an order has left our facility, we can no longer cancel it.

  • Opened or Used Products: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, or items that show signs of tampering.
