Uses

Dosage and Administration

• Usual dose: 10 mg, taken 25-60 minutes before sexual activity. Can be adjusted from 5 mg to 20 mg based on efficacy/tolerability.
• Take orally with or without food; no more than once per day.
• If a dose is missed, skip it and take the next at the scheduled time; do not double dose.

Side Effects

• Common: Headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness, indigestion, back pain.
• Serious (require immediate medical attention): Sudden vision loss, hearing loss/ringing in ears, chest pain, shortness of breath, priapism (prolonged erection > 4 hours).

Warnings and Precautions
